Wendy is the Assistant General Manager at the Spire.

Prior to joining Centennial in 2007, Wendy spent ten years with other apartment and commercial property management firms including Coldwell Banker Commercial. Wendy performs vendor contract administration, insurance compliance, and emergency preparedness for the firm.

She maintains an active real estate brokerage license in Colorado and is a member of BOMA and the Community Association Institute.
