Steve Barrett is the Chief Building Engineer, responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Spire Building. Steve has over twenty years of experience in commercial building operations, maintenance, and project management. Steve started his career working in several skilled trades, before working as Director of Plant Operations, Chief Building Engineer, Project Manager and Facilities Manager with a number of entities.
