Eric is General Manager, responsible for the overall management of Spire.

Prior to joining Centennial in 2012, Eric was a resident services supervisor at the Landmark.

Eric maintains an active Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA^®) credential. The CMCA certification provides standards for association management that give homeowners and boards confidence in their manager's knowledge and ability to provide professional service.
